KBD Group has partnered with DocuSign® to electronically distribute and retrieve documents requiring signatures. DocuSign is one of the largest and most trusted platforms in the world for e-signatures with more than 400,000 paying customers and hundreds of millions of users worldwide.


Nothing. We've already paid the bill and DocuSign® will not charge you to sign any document that KBD Group sends to you.

No, however, after signing a document you will be prompted to create a free account. By creating this account you will have access to all documents that have you have signed using your current email address, not just those sent from KBD Group.

All requests from KBD Group will be branded with our logo and colors similar to those of this website and as shown in the image below. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to the KBD Project Manager to verify the legitimacy of any request.

KBD Group is committed to data security. Rest assured that we have done our homework and trust DocuSign® to distribute and sign hundreds of documents each year, so you can too.

Not at all. You have the option to review the document then come back to it at a later date to complete it. To do this, click the OTHER ACTIONS dropdown then select Finish Later. The documents will remain active for 30 days from the date they are issued, after such time they will expire and will need to be re-issued by KBD Group.
Other Actions

Our account does not provide for this, rather, contact the KBD Project Manager to discuss any potential changes to the terms of the contract. When/if agreed upon, KBD Group will issue an ammendment to the contract for review and signature through DocuSign ®. We respectfully request that you do not return a signed copy with marked up text.

At your discretion, you can forward documents to an authorized signer in your organization. The email request that is sent out initially cannot be used by anyone other than yourself. Please do not forward the email requesting your signature.
To forward the documents, click the OTHER ACTIONS dropdown then select Assign To Someone Else.
Other Actions
You will be prompted to provide the name and email address of the authorized signer, as well as a reason for doing so.
Assign Contract To Others
Following these steps will allow us to continue to use their digital workflow and execute all documents in an efficient manner.

While it is preferred to sign the documents electronically DocuSign ® allows for printing the documents and signing with ink. To do so, click the OTHER ACTIONS dropdown then select Print and Sign.
Other Actions
You will be provided with instructions on what to do next so that we may continue to use the digital workflow. We respectfully request that you do not scan and email the documents as they will have a watermark that cannot be removed and will result in an invalid contract.
