Free. DocuSign will not charge you to sign any of our documents.


No, however, after signing a document you will be prompted to create a free account. By creating this account you will have access to all documents that have you have signed, not just those sent from KBD.


All requests from Kajima Building & Design Group will be branded with our logo and colors similar to those of this website.


No. The documents will remain active for 30 days from the time they are issued, after such time they will expire and will need to be re-issued by KBD.


Our DocuSign account does not provide for this, rather, contact the Project Manager to negotiate any changes to the contract. Once agreed upon, KBD will issue an ammendment to the contract for review and signature through DocuSign.


While it is preferred to sign the documents electronically DocuSign allows you to forward the documents to an authorized signer in your organization. To do so, click the Actions dropdown then select Forward To Someone Else.

You will be prompted to provide their name and email address so that we may continue to use the DocuSign workflow.

You will be provided with instructions on what to do next so that we may continue to use the DocuSign workflow. We respectfully request that you do not scan and email the documents as they will have a watermark that cannot be removed and will result in an invalid contract.
