No. The documents will remain active for 30 days from the time they are issued, after such time they will expire and will need to be re-issued by KBD.

While it is preferred to sign the documents electronically DocuSign allows for printing the documents and signing with ink. To do so, click the Actions dropdown then select Print and Sign Later.

You will be provided with instructions on what to do next so that we may continue to use the DocuSign workflow. We respectfully request that you do not scan and email the documents as they will have a watermark that cannot be removed and will result in an invalid contract.

Our DocuSign account does not provide for this, rather, contact the Project Manager to negotiate any changes to the contract. Once agreed upon, KBD will issue an ammendment to the contract for review and signature through DocuSign.
